Our company has obtained quality system certification of ISO9001:2008, have the design license of the class I & II pressure vessel and the manufacturing license of the class I ,II & III pressure vessel, also acquired the ASME “U”-stamp vessel qualification. The main products is non-standard pressure vessels, heat exchangers, air coolers, reactors, tanks, etc. The products cover in the fields of oil refinery, petro-chemical, chemical industry, power station, pharmaceutical, light industry, etc.

Our plant is among the enterprises who were first authorized by Shanghai Labor Bureau to design and fabricate pressure vessels of classification I & II. At the technical aspect, our plant was awarded “National Science Convention Achievement Certificate”, “Shanghai Excellent New Product Blue Ribbon”, “Shanghai Science and Technology Advancement Third Class Award”, “Shanghai New Product Third Class Award”, “Mechanical Ministry New Product Blue Ribbon” and etc.. the fabricated air cooler is a special industry equipment with high efficiency, economic on energy, the double metal press fin tubes obtain the national patent technology(Patent No.: ZL93226364X). Our fabricated products exported to Japan, Sudan, Iraq, Madagascar, Philippine, Singapore.

Our fabricated RCP power station coolers exported to America Newyork Long Island, the quality reach the advance level of international product. There is a complete set of QC system in plant, design software for pressure vessel, Shanghai Jiangwan Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. also has professional equipments and tools for fabrication and inspection. Besides much experience in the engineering, technique, fabrication of non-standard pressure vessels, we accumulate a lot of mature advanced technology and standards. We can fabricate non-standard equipment not only by general stainless steel material, but also by special stainless steel material, such as Monel, Inconel, 254SMO, 904L, 2520 heat proof steel, 2205 duplex steel, Hastelloy, etc.
